- For eligible pin codes within India, we will arrange a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is unavailable for your location, you may need to ship the product back to us.
- For international orders, customers must handle return shipping independently.

- For food items, replacements will be shipped within 4-5 business days of return receipt.
- For craft or apparel items, replacements may take 12-15 business days for delivery.
